EvoLust Terms of Service
This document governs the terms of access to the EvoLust web platform and the Telegram bot @EvoLust_bot. By using the service, you confirm that you have read this Agreement and accept it in its entirety.
1. Status and Age
Registration is strictly available to users over 18 years of age. The operator reserves the right to request proof of age or identity.
2. Account Creation and Management
You agree to provide accurate information and not to create multiple accounts. Profile access is done via Telegram or the web interface using secure authorization.
3. Rules of Conduct
- Insults, discrimination, spam, and posting prohibited materials are forbidden.
- Any attempts at fraud, extortion, or commercial mailings are strictly prohibited.
- The user bears full responsibility for their actions and meetings outside the service.
4. Content and License
By publishing content, you grant EvoLust a non-exclusive right to store and process it to run the service. We reserve the right to delete entries that violate laws or community guidelines.
5. Premium Services and Billing
Paid features are provided on a voluntary basis. Pricing is shown in the interface. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your profile settings.
6. Security and Liability
We apply technical security measures but are not liable for user actions outside the platform. You must independently evaluate risks and follow safety guidelines when meeting in person.
7. Changes to the Document
The current version is published on the website. Significant updates come into force no earlier than 3 calendar days after publication or notification.
